Warranty

Kids' Station products carry a limited lifetime warranty for material and workmanship. The warranty covers our manufactured items from structural failure including Birch Cabinets and Outdoor Play structures. Other assessorial items added to our manufactured items such as pumps are guaranteed for one year. The warranty does not cover surface scratches in any coating or finish that may be applied prior to shipment. The warranty does not cover abuse such as dented furniture that occurs after delivery. Damages occuring in transit should be reported within five business days of delivery date. Where feasible components that fail within the warranty period will be replaced rather than replacing or crediting the entire unit purchased. No item should be returned without a return authorization.
